THE CHALLENGE

Paid acquisition gets harder as the business grows

What worked at an earlier stage rarely holds up unchanged. These are the acquisition problems that tend to surface as an expert-led business matures, and they usually arrive together.

01

Rising acquisition costs

Cost per registrant and cost per customer creep up as your warmest audiences are used up and spend has to reach colder ones.

02

More competition for the same buyers

More experts and education brands now target the same audiences on Meta and Google, which raises prices and shortens the life of every creative.

03

Evergreen that slowly drifts

Webinars and funnels that once ran profitably can slip month by month, and the decline is easy to miss until it shows up in revenue.

04

Launches and summits that are hard to predict

Budgets are committed weeks ahead, yet registration costs and conversion rates swing from one event to the next.

05

Attribution that doesn't match revenue

Platform dashboards tell one story and your CRM tells another, so budget decisions rest on numbers nobody fully trusts.

06

Channels optimized in isolation

Meta, Google, email and affiliates are each managed separately, and no one is accountable for how they work together or what customers cost in total.

The goal is not cheaper leads. It is more new customers at a cost the business can sustain.

Bring your biggest acquisition problem. We’ll tell you where we’d start.

HOW WE WORK

We work as part of your team

WHY GMT

Specialist paid acquisition, connected to your business

01

Integrated with your team

We work alongside your marketing, creative and leadership teams, join your planning and use the same data, instead of operating as an outside vendor that sends a monthly report.

02

Specialist expertise

Dedicated capability across the disciplines paid acquisition now needs, so results do not depend on one generalist media buyer.

03

Business-focused acquisition

We evaluate campaigns against CAC, net new customers and profitability, not only the ROAS the platform reports.

04

Experience with expert-led businesses

We know how webinars, launches, summits and evergreen funnels behave, and how each one changes your acquisition economics.

BUSINESS OUTCOMES

We measure success the way
your business does

Marketing metrics tell us how campaigns are behaving. They are not the result. We report on, and make budget decisions against, the outcomes that show up in your revenue.

IN THEIR WORDS

What clients say

“They truly operate like internal performance marketers.”

What I appreciate most is how deeply they embed with your team. They truly operate like internal performance marketers, helping evaluate and scale your efforts while staying focused on overall business impact and ROI.

Kim Caldbeck

Marketing Advisor, Former CMO, Coursera

“The GMT Team is best-in-class in digital advertising.”

They are always my first recommendation. They combine deep platform knowledge with disciplined execution. Every campaign is structured, intentional, and performance-driven.

Ajit Nawalkha

Founder, Evercoach by Mindvalley

“The right balance of professional and genuinely caring.”

GMT supported our paid media during high-pressure, always-on campaigns. Their reliability, responsiveness, and commitment to outcomes made them a trusted partner we could depend on.

Alex Howard

CEO, Optimum Health Clinic

“Shoutout to Tushar and his team.”

They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. Anytime we had an idea we wanted to try, they would be there to run it. They were really a partner to our business. Not a separate contractor. If you’re looking for someone to just plug into your business and run Ads, they are the right team.

Sean Patrick Simpson

CEO, Soul Space Media

“It was very profitable.”

Tushar and his team helped us to scale to over a million dollars in advertising spend with very good results! They were professional, flexible, and easy to work with. The relationship was very profitable.

Josh Dunlop

CEO, Expert Photography

“Your first port of call.”

If you want to scale your Facebook ads, Tushar and his team should be your first port of call. They took our old campaigns which were performing okay, turned them into winners and then scaled them.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Not covered here? We’ll answer it on a call.

How does GMT work with our existing marketing team?

We work as part of it. Our specialists join your planning meetings, work from the same revenue and customer data, and plan around your launch and content calendar. Your team keeps ownership of brand, content, email, product and sales. We own paid acquisition: strategy, campaign management, creative strategy for paid media, budget planning and measurement. Most of the value comes from both sides sharing information quickly, so we set up a working rhythm with your team from the start.

What does GMT handle, and what stays with our team?

GMT is responsible for paid acquisition across Meta and Google. That covers acquisition strategy, campaign setup and optimization, creative strategy and testing for paid media, audience strategy, paid conversion tracking, attribution and reporting. We do not build courses, run sales teams, manage email programs or rebuild your funnels. Where a funnel or offer is limiting paid performance, we show you the data and work with your team on what to change.

How do you approach evergreen funnels compared with launches and summits?

We plan them together but measure them separately. Evergreen webinars and funnels should hold a steady acquisition cost that improves over time. Launches and summits concentrate spend into a short window, where higher registration costs can be justified by conversion rate and order value. Blending the two into one number hides problems, so we track each on its own economics and plan budgets around your full calendar.

Can GMT manage Meta and Google together?

Yes. For most expert-led businesses, Meta creates demand and Google captures demand that already exists, including searches for your name and brand. The two need different measurement and budget logic. We plan both as one acquisition program, so spend can move to whichever channel is producing customers at the best cost at that point in your calendar.

How do you keep CAC and profitability under control as spend grows?

We start by finding where the pressure is. Comparing cost per registrant, cost per customer and CAC across comparable periods shows whether the issue sits in the media, the funnel or the offer. We set CAC targets by product and campaign type, exclude existing customers where it matters, and judge spend increases by the profit they produce rather than by platform ROAS alone.

How do you handle attribution and measurement?

We connect what the ad platforms report with what actually happens in your CRM and payment data. That usually means setting up Meta's Conversions API, server-side tracking and CRM conversion feedback, so sales completed on calls, through payment plans or days after the first click still count. The goal is one view of acquisition performance that your marketing and finance teams both trust.
